Orca TRN Thermo Wetsuit Reviews
“Bought first tri wetsuit for cold swims in open water in Northumberland, up north. Held out well in cold may water in training. Went on to first tri race in Eton dorney where much warmer. Suit was buoyant and comfy in race and quickly came off in transition. Good value wetsuit.”
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value
Cons: None at this price point
“I have used Orca TRN Thermo Wetsuit for my first open water swims and it has performed very well. I have used it in water temperature of 13 Celsius it has kept me warm. The fit was perfect from the size guide. I have only used it twice so far so cannot comment on how it will perform over a long period of time. At the moment I am very happy with my purchase.”
Pros: Comfortable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: takes a few swims to bed in
“Regular sea swimmer only strong easterlies keep me out of water, gets too rough thankfully westerlies nine out of ten days. Have used this suit from late December to end April in water down to 7.8° amble warmth once over initial shock and not too much buoyancy and good flexibility unlike my surf suit. Appears to be wearing OK a few minor Nick’s hopefully will get another winter out of it. Flo green on arms shows up well in the water which is good when going out in cove to the marker bouys in dull winter sun. Got the matching cap and wear a normal speedo pool cap under it during the coldest months. Now weaning myself out of it with the water getting close to double figures. Overall very pleased excellent value and cost less than would have spend going to local heated pool during the winter. I’m 180cm 41″ chest 75kilogram and size 7 fits comfortably snug don’t think I’d be able to get in a 6 if that helps anyone”
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Great Value
Cons: Didn’t turn me into Brownlee brothers
